This page is for school purchase orders via fax.

If you are placing a school purchase order via fax, please add all of the items you would like to order to your cart as normal. The shopping cart will prompt you to create an account. Please enter all of the required information and continue to checkout.

Once you arrive at the checkout screen, simply select "Purchase Order by Fax" under the Payment Method Box. The confirmation screen will provide you with our fax number so you can submit your school purchase order for billing.
